1. Use the following link to access DVL for voters:  https://admin.directvotelive.net/login.aspx?o=223.

Notes:

• In order to use DVL, you must have:
  • Voting rights and been invited through DVL to vote in the meeting
  • Access to the internet 
  • An IEEE Account
    • You must use your IEEE Account in order to access DVL.
    • An IEEE Account is provided at no cost and does not require IEEE, IEEE SA, or IEEE Society membership(s).
