I can’t login to DirectVoteLive (DVL). What do I do?

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Verify you have been invited by an Administrator to access the meeting in DVL.
2. Verify your e-mail address/password used for your IEEE Account matches what you have used for your committee participation.  If you have recently changed your IEEE Account email address, please contact the DVL meeting administrator or your IEEE SA Program Manager.
3. If you are still unable to log in to DVL please contact your IEEE SA Program Manager or Submit a Request through the IEEE SA Support Portal.
