Applicable Users:
- Group Administrators, Meeting Administrators
Instructions:
- Access the application via the admin URL: https://admin.directvotelive.net/login.aspx?o=223.
Note: You will not be able to perform any administrative functions unless you log in through this URL - Select the meeting.
- Click on Administer in the left menu panel.
- Proceed to Add a Motion, Edit a Motion, or Delete a Motion
Adding a Motion:
- Click on Add Motion
- Enter the Motion Text. This should state what is being voted on.
- Add the vote choices for the motion. You can select Add Yes/No to automatically add yes and no vote options, or add your own choices. Once you click Add Yes/No, you will be given the option to also add an abstain choice by clicking Add Abstain.
- Select Save to complete adding the motion.
Editing or Deleting a Motion:
- Click the pencil icon to the left of the motion you would like to edit/delete.
- You may modify any of the motion details or click Delete to delete the motion.
- Select Save to save any changes.
