Direct Vote Live can send meeting invite emails containing the meeting information and login URL to all voters who have been added to the meeting.
Applicable Users:
- Group Administrators, Meeting Administrators
Instructions:
- Access the application via the admin URL: https://admin.directvotelive.net/login.aspx?o=223.
Note: You will not be able to perform any administrative functions unless you log in through this URL - Select the meeting.
- Click on Invite either in the left menu panel or on the meeting detail screen.
- You will see a preview of the invitation email. Select Edit to modify portions of the meeting invitation message.
- Select Save Updates to save your changes. The preview should update according to the changes made.
- Select Send Email Invites to send emails. Make sure not to close your browser window/tab until the system has completed sending emails. A verification message will be displayed once sending has completed.
